Yes, this is a great opportunity to meet before the wedding and to make our out of town guests feel welcome!

Uber: Guest should arrive at 1212 McGavock St. Let the concierge know that you’re there for the Welcome Party. Concierge will get you access to the elevator taking you up to the 29th floor. Exit the elevator lobby and make your way across the pool deck to the Sky Lounge Driving: For those of you that are driving, PARKING IS FREE. The parking will be located on the lower floors of the parking garage, Levels B1 and B2. Access is from the alleyway. Guests should pull down the alleyway behind the McDonalds off of 12th Ave. Make your way to the Public Parking ramp down. The ramp is located just past the loading dock doors on your left-hand side. Once parked scan the Metropolis QR code to set up your parking. Enter you license plate information and BEFORE YOU AUTHORIZE PAYMENT take your cell phone and present it to the concierge on Level 1M. They will give you a validation code. The concierge will give you access to the elevator, taking you up to the 29th floor. Exit the elevator lobby and make your way across the pool deck to the Sky Lounge.

We recommend staying in our wedding room block if you can! It’s in a great location in Nashville, and we were able to secure a discounted rate that’s lower than most nearby hotels. The bride and groom will also be staying there, and the shuttle will drop guests off at this hotel after the wedding. Of course, please feel free to stay wherever works best for you. There are plenty of great hotels and Airbnb options nearby.

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside.

We recommend staying near Downtown Nashville, as it offers a central location with a wide variety of accommodations. East Nashville, Germantown, and The Gulch are nearby neighborhoods and also great areas to stay and explore.
